Meet the Team

Since 1959, our family has been in the home business. Our company, MURELLO INCORPORATED, began as a residential development company building homes in Lorain, Ohio for families in pursuit of the American Dream. We welcomed many families to "our way of living" and took pride in the quality of craftsmanship associated with owning a Murello home.

 During the 1970's, our portfolio grew to include Almadien Village Townhomes, an 84-unit townhome community in Lorain, which we developed and managed for 50 years until the property was sold in 2019. Our reputation for maintaining our properties to the highest standards and providing excellent service to our residents has always been the foundation of our business.

Today, we manage a diverse portfolio including both residential and commercial properties in Lorain, Avon Lake, Lakewood and Mentor. With three generations of expertise, providing excellence in property management and leasing is our specialty!
